An exhibition open to the public located at Via Varese 12 in Milan, where a selection of projects from 30 years of the studio’s activities will be on display. In
addition to the exhibition, the display space will also host dialogues and round tables with key personalities from the world of landscape architecture, art and culture.
The story of the international landscape consultancy LAND, an acronym for Landscape, Architecture, Nature, Development, began in 1990 in Milan. And it is precisely here, a few steps from the studio’s main office in Italy, that the Wunderkammer will be hosted: curated by Luca Molinari Studio in collaboration with Leftloft for its layout design and graphics, the exhibition presents displays of over 80 projects through a collection of heterogeneous materials produced over the thirty years of the studio’s history.
“LAND’s activities over these three decades may be summarised with the metaphor of cultivation, in which perseverance, commitment and capacity for vision are shown today in the vitality of the landscapes designed” – Luca Molinari.
The exhibition bears the name Reconnecting People with Nature. It is a title that speaks for itself, since this is the mission that has guided all the projects, processes and research activities that have involved the studio right
from its foundation: reconnecting people with nature. The exhibition space therefore tells of three decades of green space, in all its many meanings: from open spaces, passing through urban regeneration projects and parks,
arriving at the green infrastructures and broad-based strategies of territorial development.
