Lodi and its most recent architectural projects are the first in-depht study that opens the gallery 2014 programme curated by Luca Molinari and Alessandro Benetti. The exhibit on the lombard city architectural culture is made in cooperation with Ordine degli Architetti di Lodi.
ITALIA PER INTERNI. MANIFESTI PER LA CULTURA DELL’ABITARE showcases the practice, vision and conception of the domestic envionment by Dap Studio, Francesco Librizzi, MONOatelier and Simona Ottieri.
In april TOGETHER. VISIONS FROM CONTEMPORARY AFRICAN ARCHITECTURE brings together the sustainable, original and strongly communitarian projects by Noero Architects, Wolff Architects, ASA studio and NLÉ facing the growing urbanisation issues. The third edition of Floornature Award, NEXT LANDMARK 2014 displays first works, photographs and researches by shortlisted designers that have proved to face the millenium compelling grounds.
LAND 25°. A TRIBUTE TO THE ITALIAN LANDSCAPE celebrates 25 years of ladscape design, political and economical new paths for urban development started by LAND, the Milan-based studio established in 1990 by Andreas Kipar and Giovanni Sala.
CINI BOERI “DESIGNING JOY” is the first solo exhibit on the great Italian architect and designer Among featured projects: “House in the woods” (1969) near lago Maggiore, Casa La Sbandata (2004) in La Maddalena and the Apartment on three levels in central Milan (2006). The exhibition is completed with a video interview and a number of furniture pieces that have made Cini Boeri one of the most prominent names in Italian industrial design: from BOBORELAX, an armchair with three different diverse functions designed for Arflex in 1967, to GHOST, a glass chair made by Fiam in 1987.
